The food at Cafe La Divina is beautiful, it’s tasty and of good quality, with the portion sizes being very generous and fairly priced.
I eat here regularly as it is one of my local restaurants and because of the such good quality food and hospitality.
The staff are attentive and very polite, I love that they serve parmesan cheese in a pot for one to indulge in and don’t just give you a little sprinkle and take it away – one of my favourite things about this Italian restaurant.
Most evenings you can find a diverse group of people dining in from bloggers like myself to business men to families having lovely meals together.
Definitely recommend the Funghi Al Forno (stuffed mushrooms) for starters, they are always my go to, but if you’re not a fan of mushrooms the Mozzarella Garlic Bread is a good option or the Gamberoni Fritti (breaded prawns)
The house wines are nice, the red or white!
For mains, Cafe La Divina is widely known throughout the local area (word of mouth through my Islington peers) for its popular Pollo All Milanese dish and it is honestly my favourite main, always served with a smile from staff and a generous pot of parmesan #chefskiss
