Delicious Mediterranean Cuisine
I came here with a couple of friends to celebrate my girl Nikki’s birthday and we opted to sit outside, it was a lovely evening so why not?
The staff were really welcoming and attentive, provided us with blankets to ward off the evening chill. I went with the grilled Tiger Prawns for starters, they were soooo tasty.
Shared a bottle of white wine with a friend, not a bad price at £22.50 for a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc.
I ordered lamb kofte for mains which came with rice and salad, also had chunky chips as an extra side #cheeky and the table was served warm bread alongside hummus and tsziki. The Greek salad here is so authentic and appetising I don’t think I have ever experienced a greek salad as authentic as this elsewhere in London.
I have included photo’s of some of my friend’s dishes as they were tasty and appealing too 🙂 The Iskele is Excellent value for money. I have been to this restaurant on a few occasions since they first opened and each time the standard has been consistently good.
Would definitely recommend if you’re local and looking for Turkish.
